No. Published villa prices are base build-only packages. Land and site-specific costs are separate.
Can I build on land I already own?
Yes. Request a site-specific proposal for your Barbados property. Suitability, planning and infrastructure must be reviewed.
Is a package estimate a property offer?
No. An indicative land-and-villa estimate is not confirmed inventory or an offer to sell land or construct a villa.
Are the images actual Jacques Villas?
The images are architectural renders of the Jacques Villa Collection, not photographs of completed properties. Exterior renders are shared across the models. Refer to each model’s floor plan and confirm final specifications with BHI.
